How Keyword Scanning Improves Your Application
Applicant Tracking Systems index documents using inverted word indexes. When hiring teams filter candidates by specific competencies (e.g., "Kubernetes" or "General Ledger Reconciliation"), resumes lacking those exact expressions fail to surface. ResumeFlow isolates these keywords so you can weave them naturally into your bullet points.
