ResumeFlow ("we", "our", "platform") operates the website located at https://www.resumeflow.cv. We recognize that career resumes and job descriptions contain sensitive personal identifiers, contact numbers, residential locations, and employment records.

Our core tools—including the ATS Resume Checker, Resume Keyword Scanner, Job Description Matcher, and Resume Builder—are architected to execute calculations directly within client-side browser memory whenever technically feasible.

2. How Resume and Job Description Content is Processed

When you paste resume text or a job posting into our interactive scanner tools:

• Browser-Side Memory: Text is tokenized, normalized, and evaluated directly in your device's RAM.
• No Cloud Upload: Your resume text is not sent to, stored in, or processed by an external application database during standard scanner usage.
• No AI Model Training: Your resume content is never scraped, collected, or utilized to train machine learning models.

3. Local Browser Storage (localStorage)

To offer continuous drafting in the Resume Builder without forcing you to register a centralized user account, the platform saves your ongoing draft data to your web browser's localStorage.

This data remains strictly on your local computer or mobile device. You can purge this data at any moment by clicking the "Clear All" button inside the builder or by clearing your browser cache.

4. Web Analytics & Server Logs

To maintain system uptime, detect malicious requests, and understand aggregate site traffic patterns, our hosting environment may collect standard technical access logs (e.g. IP addresses, browser user agent strings, referring URLs, and request timestamps).

If Google Analytics or an equivalent privacy-respecting analytics tool is enabled via configuration, it collects aggregated, pseudonymized session information. Technical logs and analytics are never joined with resume text.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Cookies

To keep our core resume tools accessible without charge, ResumeFlow may display non-intrusive advertisements from reputable partner networks (such as Google AdSense). These third-party vendors may use cookies or web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your browser settings or Google Ads Settings.

6. Your Rights & Data Controls

Because ResumeFlow does not store your resume content in a server-side account database during standard tool usage, there is no centralized copy of your resume to delete on our servers. You maintain 100% control over your drafts on your own device.
