2. ATS Analysis Disclaimer
ResumeFlow provides an estimated resume-to-job-description analysis based on keyword and content matching. It does not replicate any employer's proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and cannot guarantee that a resume will pass an applicant tracking system, lead to an interview, or result in job placement.
3. Permitted Use & User Responsibility
You agree to use ResumeFlow solely for lawful personal career preparation and educational evaluation. You are solely responsible for verifying that any information on your resume accurately represents your legitimate skills, education, and career experience.
4. Intellectual Property
The original software algorithms, visual interfaces, documentation, guides, and branding of ResumeFlow are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership and copyright of any resume text you author and input into our tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ResumeFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
